Seek doctor visit: It sounds like it has been rough month for you. The neck pain can be due to anything, however when in context with memory problems i would get more help from a professional. Get yourself to your primary care doctor as soon as possible. Fibromyalgia would not be the first line of thought; there are other things higher up on my potential list. Good luck ...

See your doctor: Fibromyalgia is a widespread 4 body quadrant chronic pain disorder, and your description is not consistent. Many problems could be present, so get an exam, a diagnosis, and appropriate therapy.

Not fibromyalgia: Fm presents as pain in all parts of the body. Short term memory loss is not a part of fibromyalgia.
