Developing some small spots is really fairly normal as one ages,  but the devil is in the details of your films, your history, and your exam.  Your neurologist would be best one to determine what these may be, if they are concerning, and if they require further investigation.

Many people have "white spots" on mris; there can be non-specific small vessel white matter disease seen on the MRI of many individuals with a western diet. White spots on an MRI also can mean ms, but it is usually in a certain pattern that is more specific for ms.  Discuss your MRI with your neurologist.
