if i took 6 5/325 mg hydrocodone throughout the day yesterday (technically wednesday) and have a urine screening for opiates/opiods friday at 4:15pm, will i pass? my doctor is doing the test because i threw out my percocet prescribed for my kidney stones

Same class: The drugs are on the same class. Don't try to game the system. If you truly need chronic narcotic pain medication, see a pain specialist, usually an anesthesiologist specializing in the treatment of chronic pain. Best solution is to get to the root cause and fix it. If not possible, there are many alternatives to narcotics, which in the long term can make chronic pain worse in some patients. Hope this helps!

See answer: Since Neurontin (gabapentin) is not a controlled substance nor it is an addictive drug it is not tested for unless there is some specific reason to test for it. A 10 panel drug screen tests for cocaine, amphetamines, methamphetamines (meth), marijuana, 
methadone, opiates, phencyclidine (pcp), barbiturates, benzodiazepines, and tricyclic antidepressants.

Yes, most likely: unless a highly sensitive test is used, positive nicotine/cotinine tests in urine are only positive for 1-2 days after a single cigarette, and blood tests aren't really much more sensitive. Cotinine is usually completely out of the body in 3-5 days, even in heavier smokers, so it should be negative.  If she only smokes occasionally, and she is a position to be tested, she really needs to stop.

Lorazepam: Lorazepam will be detectable in a urine screening as long as he takes it, and then some.  Could be 1-4 weeks or so.  But if this was prescribed for him, he simply needs to show the lab his prescription and there should be no problem with the result.

Should be no problem: The fact that a woman is having her period should not play a significant role in obtaining results for a urine drug screen (uds). The expected additional components would be blood/rbc's/protein and the screening and confirmatory tests should be acceptable.

It is not tested for: In a normal screen for drugs of abuse.
