Pass it: You will probably pass it. If it dissolves then you will not need to worry about it. Don't know if digestive enzymes will work on Saran wrap. Talk to your doctor about why you ate it.

Stomach acid/lego: A plastic lego will not usually dissolve in stomach acid.  If you swallowed a small lego and it did not choke you, then it probably passed into the stomach.  It most likely will pass through your intestines and appear in your poop.  If it does get stuck, you will have problems.  Discuss this with your parents.  Check your poop.  Tell your parents what happened and tell them if you are having pain.

No: If you look in basic chemistry. Acid does not really dissolve aluminum. It should pass undigested through your gastrointestinal tract.

Not likely: Gallstones usually are in the gallbladder, and are not exposed to stomach acid.  If a gallstone made its way out of the gallbladder and into the intestine, and there is no sign of blockage from the stone, it likely passed out of your body through the stool.

Likely not: The bag is not that easily digested but a small one may well pass through without causing any obstruction. Need to take him to the ER if he starts vomiting and complains of severe abdominal cramps.

: Sucralfate does not protect your esophagus or prevent acid reflux; its action is to coat your stomach lining. The most effective way to protect your upper GI tract is alcohol abstinence if alcohol causes your stomach or esophagus problems, take care.

Liquid ok: Since sucralfate also comes in a liquid form,I assume your technique of taking it is effective. Your pharmacist can also advise you about this.

Take it easy: Those capsules will get digested by the stomach acid, as they are not made of steel. You should be alright.

Not sure it's acid: Heartburn is a symptom that develops when stomach contents reflux into esophagus. Acid is a common cause of heartburn, but alkali, bile, regurgitated caustic ingestion, medications, food, pepsin, etc. Are all non-acid substances that can also irritate the esophagus ; cause a "heartburn"-like presentation. Consider also delayed stomach emptying, stomach outlet narrowing, esophageal dysmotilities.

It does this chemically with enzymes and acid, as well as mechanically by churning the food. While in the stomach, solid food turns to mostly a liquid before its released not the intestines.
