i am 8 weeks,in 6 weeks we saw heart 150,everything was so good.yesterday no heart bepeing.i asked to repeat u.sound today, is posible start be..again?

I am very sorry but: if there was no heartbeat on the 8 week ultrasound, but this was one visible two weeks prior then it is almost certain that the fetus will not grow any further and you will soon have a miscarriage. The repeat ultrasound is not unreasonable, there may have been a technical error in the part of whomever was doing the ultrasound but this is not likely. I am very sorry.

is this true? i keep coming across this, "100 steps backward walking is equivalent to 1,000 steps forward walking." but, it sounds to good to be true.

Probably folklore: The bottom line is that it does have some benefits to walk backwards.  It helps burns calories, helps with balance, and reduces strain on your hips.  There are some who state that you burn more calories. So overall it is beneficial to walk backwards during your routine but not sure 100 steps equals a 1000 steps

Arthritis: This usually represents some arthritis in the neck. The sound comes from the vertebrae not moving smoothly as you turn your head. or flex neck. It may not be present all the time and there does not have to be any pain involved. If you start to have pain and cracking see your doctor. It is important to set your car headrest so the neck cannot snap way back. Protect your neck from jerking movements.
