Nope!: Your Total T is presumably normal (371 is generally in normal range for most labs) so this lab by itself doesn't represent hypogonadism. Your FSH is suppressed &amp; LH is low because you're taking Axiron, a prescription topical T product. Once you start T replacement, there's no need to check FSH &amp; LH. However, checking both FSH &amp; LH are useful prior to starting TRT to determine cause of hypogonadism

Need to Eval Prolact: Sounds like bleeding during ovulation, (~15 days before menses). Could be an ovarian cyst or other problem of uterus/cervix. FSH,LH,E2 progesterone all change during the the cycle. The E2 is low for most of cycle and FSH low for E2. Now the PROLACTIN if in standard units is sig ELEVATED and could be causing the FSH/E2 prob and that causing the bleeding. The high PROLACTIN NEEDS MORE EVALUATION.

Depends: Lh and fsh levels vary during the cycle. For instance around ovulation lh goes very high. So those tests need to be interpreted based on the timing as well. As far as pcos those tests have nothing to do with the diagnosis at all. So usually not very important except is unusual circumstances when a diagnosis is hard to see.

PCOS or PreOvulation: Cynthia, the ratio is usually close to 1:1, but if the LH is higher, it is one indication of PCOS. Both hormones are responsible for producing an egg ready for ovulation. If that ratiuo is &gt;2:1 (LH:FSH) in the first week after your cycle, that may be due to PCOS. If the blood was drawn mid-cycle, it may be a normal finding since LH RISES above FSH just before you ovulate. PCOS has treatments.

Too non-specific: It doesn't really mean or indicate much of anything - those numbers are "normal" but there is no interpretation when drawn on CD 7. To assess ovarian reserve you need to check on CD3 (and 7 is too late.) Sometimes tested for PCOS to calculate a ratio, but this is out of date and not part of a PCOS dx anymore. They are normal, that's good.

Not at all: Levels of 10 +/- are never strictly abnormal, and there is no standard interpretation for levels drawn anytime other than CD 3 (the CD 10 level in a Clomid (clomiphene) challenge is an exception.) These levels do not mean anything bad and probably do not mean anything at all. Ask your doctor "why" he/she needed these tests on CD 20, and good wishes.

Nothing: That test does not tell you anything. Fsh has to be interpreted with other hormones at the same time. But i would assume you should be able to get pregnant. If you are having difficulty hen you would want to see a specialist. Otherwise would try and see what happens.

Prolactin high: A prolactin of 749 is very high and can be a sign of pituitary tumor, you should have this evaluated by and endocrinologist.
