Not at all: Levels of 10 +/- are never strictly abnormal, and there is no standard interpretation for levels drawn anytime other than CD 3 (the CD 10 level in a Clomid (clomiphene) challenge is an exception.) These levels do not mean anything bad and probably do not mean anything at all. Ask your doctor "why" he/she needed these tests on CD 20, and good wishes.
