: Long term use an alcohol pad on skin could cause excessive dryness.   I would recommend keeping a close eye on the skin to make sure this does not develop.

: Only if so prescribed and not in the anal canal. There are also side effects that may develop given area being covered. Would suggest confirming with prescribing physician prior to use.

Diagnosis dependant!: Using lightening creams to the genitalia may be ok, but it depends on your underlying diagnosis.  Hydroquinone's are typically the agents used to bleach out dark colors, but chemical peels and lasers are also being used along with new fading creams.  I would exercise caution in bleaching the genitalia and visit an experienced urologist or dermatologist prior to treating.

Not yet: If there is any irritation to the area, recommend anti-fungal cream. However, if there is no irritation, recommend increase hygiene, showers, srubbing with soap, and keeping dry, including possibility of using powder to keep area dry for few days. If you continue to have symptoms, discuss with primary care doc. Do not use anti-bacterial cream in area-increases chances of fungal growth and mrsa.

Yes: No problem using lotrimin (clotrimazole) cream on the scrotum if you have a yeast infection there.

There are normal: spots on testes including angiokeratomas which are reddish purple and totally benign. I would not use Lozee which is a high potency steroid clobetasol on any genital area. You can try hydrocortisone which is mild, keep area dry with cornstarch and see pediatrician or dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment if itching doesn't clear

You might have: spreading yeast infection or medication reaction.  Because treatment is different, you need to go back and see your doctor.  You should also get tested for diabetes, especially if you have a positive family history.

i have an itch on my testicles/scrotum for 2 months and flares up, ooze fluids after bath, red and very dry skin. i use antifungal sulfur soap and it doesn't work. i need a better ointment or cream please?

: You need a moisturizer that can be bought OTC. Cetaphil works for me when I itch. If no result, consult your urologist.
