There is not: enough information.  Was there an interval change between the two scans?  How large is the size discrepancy?  There can be some normal variability in size between the two lobes.

If you mean: calcifications in a thyroid nodule, you need routine lab, a serum thyroglobulin determination and probably a fine needle biopsy. Talk w/your doctor.

Thyroid nodule: 5x4x3 mm is quite small for a thyroid lesion and may not need immediate attention.

Hopefully all of the necessary studies - labs and xrays, etc. - and your doctor has described everything to you. If not see your doctor again.

Lobe enlarged: This should be of no significance if your thyroid hormone levels are all normal. There are no suspicious findings of benign or malignant growths. If you have further concerns a thyroidologist or endocrinologist would be best qualified to evaluate and advise you.

Possible biopsy: Most people with enlarged thyroids and nodules have normal thyroid function.  Depending on the size of the thyroid nodule and ultrasound characteristics, it may need to be biopsied.

Watch/retest: Unless you have a thyroid cancer history, the nodule is suspicious on ultrasound or other factors are in play -- check serum thyroglobulin and thyroid function. Repeat doctor's exam an ultrasound in a year. Generally of very low significance and found in over 50% of the population.

Hard to say: There are no consistent standards for the size of a normal thyroid on ultrasound, as there is a lot of variation in how one measures the size.  Nevertheless the length of your thyroid is somewhat larger than most people.  The volume is more important, but this is hard to estimate from simple dimensions. Overall size is not important, function is (tsh, free t4).
