Swollen: Swollen eyes may result from allergy or infection.  If you have allergies, try some zaditor (ketotifen) from the drugstore.  If this does not improve in 24 hours, call your local ophthalmologist.

Your : Your sptom complex doesn't appear to fit into a clear syndrome. The menstrual irregularity can be associated with anovulation. I would recommend an exam, thyroid and prolactin levels and possibly fsh/lh levels.

Muscle spasms: Sounds like a muscle spasm if you can see and feel it. Try some stretching and exercises. It should go away in time.
