I had my tubes tied about 5yrs ago and have been experiencing some pain in my adomin and left arm and had 2 periods last month i've also have experienced being sick to my stomache and sense of smell has heightened

Your : Your sptom complex doesn't appear to fit into a clear syndrome. The menstrual irregularity can be associated with anovulation. I would recommend an exam, thyroid and prolactin levels and possibly fsh/lh levels.
