Irritability can be a habitual response to the stress of people not behaving as we would like them to or things not going as we would like. After a while we can just get into a state of slamming doors and banging items we handle. Health threats as cardiac can cause fear and then anger.

I'd suggest an evalutation by a good allergist - there are several near you. Hint: don't assume numbers on random blood test are real.
