That is the question: No one knows why an individual develops food allergy; nowadays 8% of children in the US do. Good things? 90% or more are on a small list: peanut, tree nut, fish, shellfish, hen's egg, cow's milk, wheat, soy. Are you suspecting a long list of foods other than these? I'd suggest an evalutation by a good allergist - there are several near you. Hint: don't assume numbers on random blood test are real.
