Can anesthesia cause you to feel like things are crawling on you?

Anesthesia: It is possible under general anesthesia to "dream" almost anything. Dreams under anesthesia frequently resemble those the patient might have when sleeping at home. Dreams under very light anesthesia may reflect things said or referred to by the surgical team and should be promptly discussed with the anesthesiologist. He will reassure you that these dreams are insignificant.

Crawling things on : Yes it does. Not often and not permanently. Until you wake up completely in recovery. It also might be a skin allergic reaction to some antiseptic, or skin substances applied prior or after surgery, or some antibiotics, etc.
