Headaches: Headaches affecting sleep are not good. See your doctor. In the meanwhile maintain a headache diary to record when they occur, what triggers them and associated signs and symptoms and what relieves them . This will help.

Concerning: Yes, that recurrent  nausea and vomiting, if forceful or projectile is of concern and can be seen with severe inflammation of the stomach lining(acute gastritis) or with a mechanical obstruction in the gastrointestinal tract especially if severe abdominal pain or cramping are also present. I recommend an evaluation in the hospital emergency room for prompt care.

6 years?: Surely you've had this evaluated by now, so i presume the diagnosis has eluded everyone. The most common cause of this scenario is silent gerd, but this is easily improved with elevation of the head of the bed, not eating late, and medication like prilosec. If that has afforded no improvement and an egd is normal, then it's possibly an uncommon neuromuscular disorder. See the dr for re-evaluation.

Reflux: Sounds like this could be reflux.  You should speak with your doctor to see if you need a trial of some reflux meds and/or see a gastroenterologist.

Gastritis : You may have inflammation of the stomach. Try taking an H 2 antagonist such as Tagamet or Zantac before you eat once a day in the a m. Good Luck

hello, i did a roadtrip the past 2 weeks where i drove +40 hours. got home before yesterday but my eyes feel strained, and i've felt dizzy 3-4/10 the last two days. no nausea, no vomiting. i feel my head lightly spinning. what could it be? thank you?

: Dehydration could explain some of your symptoms. Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless.
