Many: A kidney stone or a kidney infection can cause low back pain and flank pain. It largely depends on the other symptoms you're having. The pain with kidneys would be near the bottom of the ribcage. Difficult to say for sure without examining you.  Please see your pcp if the pain continues.

Many things: Many infectious problems can cause such symptoms. Most common would be a urinary tract infection or kidney stone.  Often this will come with burning during urination.  Ovarian cyst rupture or pelvic inflammatory disease can also cause these symptoms. Appendicitis and diverticulitis are in the mix, as well.  If it worsens or persists check with your doctor!

can v low iron cause intense lower back pain that's like a sharp spasm only lasting 10ish sec's (sometimes a few bouts in a short space of time). i figure maybe it's stores trying to replenish the iron in the bone marrow?

: I have never heard that before.  I think you should see a doctor. The back spasm can be the result of several things, not just spinal pain.

Iliohypogastric n?: Something may be irritating the ilioinguinal, iliohypogastric, or genitofemoral nerve (an MD exam will tell). X-rays do not, in general, show spinal cord compression-only if there has been trauma. Even nerve compression "seen" on X-ray or CT/MRI is over-diagnosed &amp; often isn't the problem (surgery for impinged nerves causes more pain than it cures). Ur best bet is rehab therapy &amp; bk exercises TTYD

Kidney bleeding?: Bruising of the flank can result from internal bleeding near the kidney, which could cause pain similar to kidney stone. However, a stone itself is not likely to cause bruising. This could be serious:  contact your doctor ASAP. If not seeing a urologist, ask your doctor about possible referral to one. Good luck!

Crawling sensation : Crawling sensation a difficult to diagnose condition without a physical examination I have had a patient with this with liver disease, nerve problems, back pain, psychogenic pain, and low minerals-like low calcium. Low vitamin d can cause the attribute to calcium

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It is unlikely that you are pregnant with three negative pregnancy tests,  It would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!

Usually a  : An inflammation of the coccyx and rarely other issues.  It is usually self limiting.  You should avoid sitting especially on hard surfaces.  Rarely, this could be from another reason like a rare tumor called a chordoma. That is why you should get evaluated if the symptoms are persistent or worsen.
