It : It sounds like you may have a herniated disc in your lumbar spine pinching nerves.  If you have weakness or bowel/bladder problems, you should be evaluated by a spine surgeon soon.  The pain and numbness may resolve on their own, but some people require an operation to remove the disc fragment and decompress the nerves.

Posture: It may have something to do with the way you sit. Try to sit up straight and try not to slouch. If needed put  a pillow in the small of your back to support the natural curve of your low back . If that does not help, talk with your doctor or a physical therapist.

Leg : Leg pain can be caused by several different conditions.  Muscle pain or strain can cause leg pain, is more common after an injury or sports-related event, and is worse with activity.  Pain in the leg can be caused by nerve pain from the back, in which case there is usually back pain, and the pain is worse with walking and standing.  Pain in the leg can be caused rarely by blood clots, in which case the pain is usually worse if the leg is down, and sometimes associated with swelling.  Sometimes Pravachol (pravastatin) can cause muscle pain but that shouldn't be just in one leg.  If a patient has new onset of leg pain that is persistent, they should have an evaluation by their physician.

Several things: In addition to the usual pulled muscles, tendons and ligaments, there is a condition called a baker's cyst which sounds like you describe.  It's a type of herniation of the jiont capsule backward and can be painful.

Sore thighs...: Sore thighs can be caused by many things, depending on age, medications, activity,  and various metabolic or arthritic diseases,   i suggest you consult an internist, neurologist or rheumatologist.

Possible: It's possible, althouth most fibroids do not cause any symptoms. If they are large, they can press up against other organs or muscles in the pelvis, causing discomfort.

It can be sciatica: It can be sciatica.  Usually the treatment is pain medication and muscle relaxant.  Watch for symptoms like weakness, numbness, urinary incontinence or retention.  If u starts to have one of those symptoms then you need to go to the ER immediately otherwise you can just follow up your doctor.

Too much exertion: Most likely exertion after few months of rest or too enthusiastic exertion will cause muscle pain which leave after few days with supportive treatment like plenty of fluids ,analgesicslike tylenol,ibuprofen etc. But if urine output is less and the urine is high colours like reddish/brownish , need to r/o rhabdomyolysis which is breakdown of the skeletal muscles. In that case need to go to your PCP

Lower back strain: One of the best initial treatments to reduce spasm and pain to the area is ice for 20 minutes on the area every 1 to 2 hours. Your physician can prescribe a muscle relaxers such as Flexeril or Zanaflex or Robaxin. Usually with mild stretching and rest from lifting along with Relative rest your back should improve. If not or if the pain radiates below your knee you will need to see your physician.
