Get seen: The heart rate itself isn't a danger. How much you sweat is personal. You may get a Holtor monitor, labs to screen for a pheochromocytoma, and a good EKG. I'm simply glad that you're exercising. Keep that up. You may well be fine. Best wishes.

Pain out of the blue: Describe in more detail. Not enough info.  First thought is muscle spasm at your age. New exercise, lifting, or fall? Keep a pain diary described else where is some of my answers. Then share with dr.

Yes: If by hypokpp you mean hypokakemic periodic paralysis then yes. The muscle cells lose potassium (k) and cannot contract causing weakness. Hard to increase heart rate. Triggers can be diet related esp by sweet or starchy foods. Too much activity as well as even sleep can be triggers as can some meds. Be sure to have close follow up with your doctor. really bad wellbutrin withdrawal symptoms. i was on wellbutrin xl 150mg for a year and a half. im having fatigue, excessive sweating, headaches, increased heart rate, and acid reflux. how much longer will the symptoms be bad its been almost 6 days.

Takes time: Duration of withdrawal symptoms varies. Sometimes lasts 1-2 weeks, sometimes a month or more. Should taper off. If it persists after 2 weeks, see a doctor.

Yes, any "D" drug : The "d" in claritin-d, or Mucinex (guaifenesin) - d and others,  all stand for decongestant.  Decongestants are medications that stimulate the adrenaline system and can cause higher blood pressure and heart rate.  While not bad for short time, may cause problems if used chronically.  Check with your dr. If you have high blood pressure or heart rhythm problems before using these medications.

PAT: I would be VERY concerned about a pulse of 230 bpm, even if regular, even if "generally fit."  People who feel no symptoms may have cardiovascular disease and suddenly drop dead.  See a cardiologist as soon as possible.

Cardiac evaluation: preferably a basic exam, baseline EKG, exercise stress echo test and other imaging based on findings, I suggest a cardiology consultation ASAP or ER if symptoms are worrisome.

Exercise and heart r: The heart rate increase during exercise.  Many factors influence the degree of increase.  More fit people has less increase then non fit ones at the same level of exercise.  So my advise: do not worry about target HR just gradually increase your exercise level and duration and do not try to target the HR

Maximum: Maximum predicted heart rate is calculated as 220-age. For a 22 year old the maximum heart rate is therefore 198 bpm. If your heart rate reaches 250-270 during exercise, it would be best to get evaluated.
