Ear/Sinus Infection: An ear infection or sinus infection will cause facial pain which can cause pain in the ear or the eye. Taping on the face will elicit pain if the sinus is infected. An ear infection will usually have discharge or pain when pullin on the ear.

Talk to doc again: It is  hard to tell whether the headache and GI symptoms are related. If so, then one would suspect the presence of migraine.  If the abdominal symptoms persist and migraine has been ruled out, then a gastroenterology consult may be needed.

You need to...: ... keep gong back and working with your doctor until you have an answer. The most worrisome thing is that you have multiple symptoms that are localized to the same area: the left side of your head. In my opinion, MR imaging should be done. Excluding some type of growth or blood vessel problem in this part of your head is important.  Good wishes:)

Migraines: IIH may be red herring and  symptoms are more indicative of migraines. Try prophylactic treatment for migraines. Discuss with your neurologist.

Doctor can evaluate: New throat pain can be from a strep throat infection (antibiotics needed), a cold or mild flu (antibiotics are not used), or from some other cause such as allergies or irritants. Usually, a person sees the doctor if the sore throat is bothersome, recurrent, or doesn't go away in a day or two (mainly to check for strep). With bad symptoms, one may have ears and sinus infection (antibiotics needed).

See an eye doctor: Sounds like you should see a doctor.  I would start with an eye doctor if you can, otherwise see your family doctor.  Eye pain and pressure can be caused by many things.  I would get it checked.

Lesion in sinus: Large mass in nasal passage may be due to a lesion in the adjacent maxillary sinus.  A lesion here sits right under the orbit and could cause eye problems.  If malignant may also have spread to cervical nodes. CAT scan of head and neck region followed by biopsy of the nasal growth can define the nature of the growth and extent of sinus involvement defining what treatment is needed.
