Lesion in sinus: Large mass in nasal passage may be due to a lesion in the adjacent maxillary sinus. A lesion here sits right under the orbit and could cause eye problems. If malignant may also have spread to cervical nodes. CAT scan of head and neck region followed by biopsy of the nasal growth can define the nature of the growth and extent of sinus involvement defining what treatment is needed.
