Most likely: Vitreous floaters. These are a change in the fluid in the back part of your eye. It  is important that you have an eye exam to have an ophthalmologist see if this is what you have.

: The vitreous changes with age. You need Alan eye exam to make sure nothing else is going on within the eye , namely the retina. Iron supplements do not help or fix floaters
