Wht mght cause brief episds of glittery-star-dust in vision(like tiny silver firewrks) but it appears only in my rght eye?

Most likely: Vitreous floaters. These are a change in the fluid in the back part of your eye. It is important that you have an eye exam to have an ophthalmologist see if this is what you have.
