i had a cut on side of my eyebrow ad had 4 stitches not it has healed, but left a red patch alittle bit harder than normal skin. how can i get rid ?

Scabies or bed bugs: How much do you itch? Is there a rash anywhere? Where on your body do you see/feel the tiny black bugs?  I would suggest you see your primary care physician or a dermatologist to figure it out.  Thanks.

had zit onscalp. yesterday the zit appeared gone, but there was some dry/white looking skin around the area.then wiped it with q tip to get rid of the excess skin. while doing this i began bleeding a tiny bit. did i cause any perm damage to follicles?

Not likely: A zit or pimple is an inflammatory reaction to irritants or bacteria, which leads to increased blood flow to the area. When the Qtip was used, the pressure to the area of increased blood flow may have broken a small vessel but likely it will heal without permanent damage

Vit E oil for skin: Vitamin E oil will be moisturizing, and may help your overall skin tone and softness, but may not work on deeply pigmented areas.   A dermatologist would likely be able to recommend a more appropriate regimen to help you achieve the results you are hoping for.

Use water based: make up only and oil absorbing papers to your face.  Also a dusting cosmetic powder will take up the oils nicely.

how can i get rid of my dry dry skin... i use mosterizer and i get dry with-in minutes after i lotion? help

Accepted Answer

Help skin stay moist: Avoid hot showers and baths.  Water should be tepid (on the cool side of warm).  Avoid harsh soaps and use a moisturizing body bar like dove or caress.  Avoid using loophas or harsh sponges.  Blot dry with towel instead of rubbing dry.  Within a couple of minutes, liberally apply a good emollient moisturizer. Re-apply as needed.  May need a topical steroid on problem areas.  Avoid harsh elements.
