How can i get rid of my dry dry skin... i use mosterizer and i get dry with-in minutes after i lotion? help

Help skin stay moist: Avoid hot showers and baths. Water should be tepid (on the cool side of warm). Avoid harsh soaps and use a moisturizing body bar like dove or caress. Avoid using loophas or harsh sponges. Blot dry with towel instead of rubbing dry. Within a couple of minutes, liberally apply a good emollient moisturizer. Re-apply as needed. May need a topical steroid on problem areas. Avoid harsh elements.
