Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, Why was the test done? Do you have any symptoms? What was your hemoglobin? Ask you doctor if you could have Gilbert disease, which is harmless.

However, You are still taking in quite a few artificial ingredients with Diet Coke. Want to be healthier? No idea: what barley water will do.  However, on a sensible diet and exercise 1-2 lbs a week can be lost. A diet balanced in protein, fruits and vegetables with portion control.

Post op instructions: I am surprised that your surgeon did not discuss anything with you before you left their office. A few days after the extraction you should be fine for normal activity. If concerned, contact your treating dentist.
