Probably not: Unfortunately despite all the research and advancement in medicine, we have not made much progress in treatment of grade 4 gliomas.

Challenge: May or may not be related to  the surgery, but might investigate possibility of post-op infection.  Of course, could be secondary to strep throat infection, or even dental abscess, and all of this must be sorted out.  Primary brain cancer does not typically affect local lymph nodes, and thus, an alternative answer is needed.

i m worried i may have brain cancer. i have headaches recently, not daily but on and off on each side, sometimes feel it behind my eyes too. does bain cancer act like this? these headache arent very bad, had a bad one on flight left side head?

: Rare things rarely happen and brain cancer is far down the list as far as possibilities. The symptoms you cite do not suggest a brain cancer. When/if it becomes troublesome enough to alter your daily activities get evaluated.

You should see a spe: A brain specialist(neurologist or neurosurgeon) should be consulted to check you and guide you further. A brain MRI is often a better test to determine the nature of the lesion that you have, especially if there is any concern that it could be brain tumor.

Sinusitis: Sinus infections can not lead to brain tumors or cancers but can lead to brain infections in some rare cases. Polyps should be evaluated by ENT doctor and can be removed. If symptoms of sinus infection persist or are associated with severe headache weakness or numbness of arms legs or other neurological symptoms you should consult a doctor of evaluation. Good luck!

I : I am so sorry that you have not been feeling well, and now that you are feeling stressed by this.  I do think you should see a doctor, but it is unlikely that you have anything bad.  But the safest thing to do when you have symptoms that are concerning is to have a medical evaluation.  Please tell your parents about your symptoms immediately; they will want to help you.  And please see a doctor who can do an evaluation.

Not neurons: Most brain cancers are from the cells surrounding neurons rather than he neurons themselves. Within the brain there are neurons, glial cells (supporting cells), and cells that make up the walls of vessels. These latter two cell types can divide and make up most of the primary brain cancers.
