Ulnar Nerve: That is a classic description of a pinched nerve - usually the ulnar nerve as it travels through the elbow.  This can be diagnosed with nerve testing, but with typical symptoms like this, nerve testing is often not needed.  If caught soon enough, often it can be treated with injections or surgery.  After a year...That can be difficult.  I would certainly see your doctor about it.

Let me explain: There two possible  ways to get numbness in both l hand and foot in the same time.
1-you some problem partially compressing your spinal cord in the neck area more on the left side.
2_possible two problems in the same time one effecting the arm and other effecting the foot(nerve problems) which unusual.

Either : Either the ganglion is pressing against a nerve, or mom was right, and the immobilizer you wore was, indeed, too tight.

Why suffer?  Go see a hand surgeon.  Ganglion cysts can be aspirated (drained) and sometimes, a little cortisone injected after the aspiration could prevent it from recurring (as they sometimes do).  If all else fails, the surgery to remove it is not terribly disabling or complicated.

Left arm nerve issue: Heart attack symptoms can cause left arm symptoms, but in a young patient without other issues would be very unusual.  It also should not be migraine aura unless this has been part of your aura before.  More likely you have peripheral nerve irritation that may be at the elbow (ulnar nerve) or possibly at the brachial plexus or cervical spine.  See your doctor if it persists.

Tingling sensation a: Depending on whether the symptoms are abrupt or chronic, the answers are different.
It could be a cerebrovascular event such as a stroke, or a combination of problems, facial neuralgia with a cervical radiculopathy.
It depends on your medical history.
This may be emergent, and it should be worked up immediately by a neurologist.
