Numerous things: Many things can cause one to feel bloated.  Bloating is normal process that in some can become uncomfortable. I would start a probiotic, simethicone with meals and treat constipation with MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) if you have to.  Then go see a md.

Perhaps: It's your diet. First avoid beans, broccoli, and cauliflower, as well as diet sodas and sugarless gums and candies. You might also want to try to low FODMAP diet. Stanford has a good handout on the diet you can find by googling.

Gas: Intestinal distension form gas is the cause, but why so excessive? May be your normal physiology. Could also be irritable bowel syndrome. Try some simple things like keeping track of foods that make it worse and avoiding them, or using anti-gas formulas such as beano, or others containing simethicone. If persistent or severe, see your primary care provider for an evaluation.

More info: The first thing one thinks of is gallbladder but more info is needed. When do you get pain? What type? How long does it last? Anything make it better? Anything make it worse? Does food affect the pain? Have you had any surgery ? How long has it been there? Have you tried any medications? Did they work? Did you injure yourself? Pulled muscle etc? Has anyone done any studies? Need a bit more.

Gas : Gas is normal and healthy. The more fiber you eat, the more gas you will produce. Sometimes what you think is gas is not, so if your symptoms are intrusive you should be seen by a doctor.

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Drink lots of water: and other clear liquids containing some electrolytes such as fruit juice mixed with water.  This will allow your bowels to get some rest, which will speed healing.  If you continue having urinary symptoms such as urgency and hesitancy, you should see a doctor and have an urinalysis done to make sure you do not have a urinary tract infection.  Try using Senna for regulation of your bowels.

Acid reflux: It is not likely a congenital problem that is causing your symptoms.  It is most probable that you have chronic acid reflux which is common.   Treatment should include a consultation with gastrointestinal specialist, diet management (no alcohol, no cigarettes), lactose intolerance causes bloating.   It is hard to find foods that avoid lactose.   Best of health.

Pain right side: Where you are describing pain is location of the gallbladder and liver. The gallbladder can cause pain and occasionally nausea, and bloating. The clicking could be the movement of your ribs when you are pressing in the area. If you have had persistent pain, and especially with any fever, please get evaluated.
