Yes, theoretically: Yes, it is theoretically possible that someone could get acute retroviral syndrome upon reinfection with another strain of HIV. First of all, reinfection is very, very rare but not impossible. However, reinfection with a second strain (perhaps more powerful than the original strain) theoretically could cause an acute retroviral syndrome as it is a completely new infection altogether.

Very unlikely: Rash is rarely if ever the only symptom of ARS. And ARS doesn't itch. Something else is causing the rash. Of course if you are at risk for HIV, you should be tested for it.

HIV unlikely: To have HIV transmission there must be fluid transfer from one person to the next.  If you had safe sex HIV would be very unlikely.  Swollen lymph nodes can be seen in a large number of viral illnesses as well as with bacterial infections.  See you doctor.

Get tested: Hi. The symptoms you described are common with many viruses. Although fever is the most common symptom of acute HIV infection, the presence of a fever is not diagnostic of  HIV/acute retroviral infection (and the absence of fever does not rule out HIV). The only way to diagnose HIV is with a blood test. If you think you've been exposed to HIV/AIDS, then see your doctor and get tested.

Several things: It is important to rule  out  catastrophic  causes like acs, dissection  of  aorta .  Constochondritis and muscular problems . Pneumonia and pul  conditions. Gi  conditions  like gerd esophageal spasms could also cause  chestpain. Nature, duration, location , associated  symptoms and  patient risk  factors are  helpful  in initial assessment.
