hi i have a squint, i get migraines, i have a tremor, i suffer from bad fatigue, problems making a sentences and spelling,  i get brain fog is it ms?

Possibly: Multiple sclerosis can cause cognitive dysfunction as well as fatigue.  The day after a migraine, most people are in a fog-like state, so i believe its a combination of the two.  Best to discuss this with your doctor.

urologist ruled out stricture but under my penis it feels like somethin is making it hard to pee and i strain alot, could this be causing my brain fog?

Urination brain fog: No, I do not see how those two could be related. However, your brain fog may still be coming from sleep apnea. You may need to have your CPAP retitrated. Another possibility is you need some additional  oxygen if you&#x27;re desaturation is low. Another possibility is the use of Provigil so that you&#x27;re not feeling the effect of the brain fog. Please see your sleep doctor about these options and best wishes to you.

Possibilities: This is not a medical term.  But it is described as being the result of  stress, medical conditions, fatigue, poor nutrition, and depression and/or anxiety.

age 27. life has been so busy and hectic that i have not been prioritizing sleep (roughly 6 hours a night) for as long as can remember. starting to feel like i have brain fog. would prioritizing sleep be a simple way to start working to solve this?

: Absolutely, sleep is critical to keep a clear mind. If things do not improve after lifestyle changes and allowing for 7-8 h of night sleep, seeing your physician will be next as other possible causes cannot be ruled out for brain fog.

See Fam Dr. ASAP.: Brain fog is not brain dead. This is mixing a colloquial slang expression for a medical clinical expression. Clinically brain dead means no eeg wave activity is being seen.
Brain fog can be due to medical or emotional causes anything from vitamin deficiencies to more serious conditions that can be life threatening. Depression, ptsd , r psychiatric causes of varying severity, meds se's also. See fdr.

i have been having difficulty with memory. some days i feel like i have brain fog. almost like my head is numb. i will mess up sentences and have a hard time comprehending. is this something to be concerned about?

: It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. To help diagnose: Not sure at what level of  diagnosis process are you. According to info at history taking, and neuro- physical exam. length of symptoms, and other signs that may raise an alarm about  structural lesions, inflammatory, infectious loci causing your  troubles .
Ordinarily a sinus XR  would be taken prior to the scan, if that's been done and not conclusive abut sinusitis, the scan maybe in order.

Depends: You do not give any details about your physical condition.  It could be something as simple as not eating well.  It may also be a psychological problem, such as depression.  Consult with your primary pare physician first.  Let him/her examine and do laboratory work.  This is the starting point.  What ever results you get from this he/she will help you direct your course toward a feeling of well be.

No...: ...but there are two considerations here: One can't say with 100% certainty that it isn't; BUT: The likelihood that your symptoms ARE due to a tumor are exceedingly remote because brain tumors are exceedingly rare. (Out of all the conditions that people can come down with, why do they always leapfrog over all the common things straight to the worst-case scenario?)
