i broke the ball of my foot 2 years ago. gives me pain all the time. had cortisone shots. i wore a walking cam for 4 months. still no relief!  help!

Upper back pain: Upper back pain involves the thoracic vertebral bodies, the rib heads that attach to the spine, the tendons and ligaments that insert on/in the spine, and discs between the vertebrae. Further imaging such as an MRI study of the cervical and thoracic spine may be necessary as X-rays only show the bones and not the soft tissues. See a spine specialist for a diagnosis and treatment.

i had a prolaps operation on apnow i have golf ball size stools cam it damage the succes off the operation it is very painful in my lower stomach ?

Question unclear but: Each person with constipation needs to be sure there is no major disease causing it. If constipation is just due to slow movement of the food and poop through the gut, then the things to try are vegetables, water, prune juice, prunes, fiber plus water, Miralax (polyethylene glycol) Senokot or other senna, milk of magnesia, other laxatives... A doctor can evaluate and prescribe helpful meds too.

Consult: Orthopaedic Surgeon, you may need surgery. Depending on fracture type. If it is displaced, if it is close to your syndesmosis, if there is any medial ankle injury, etc. You should follow recommendation of your surgeon to maximize chance of getting best long term results.

i am in a cam walker for a fractured ankle and it is mildly uncomfortable/painful.is this a sign of improper healing?is this just normal from bruising

Can be normal: Pain can last a long time following an injury even if you are in a cam walker.  If pain continues discuss it with your physician.

Yes:  Absolutely. It can become normal to you so you doing notice things like muscle tension, dry mouth, chest tightness, butterflies in stomach etc. Panic attacks are usually more obvious than normal physiologic responses to anxiety.
