hi. what organ/ body part is on the lower left side of your abdomen? is it normal that i can feel it while lying down? no pain or anything. feels squishy..im also really skinny but is it any cause for concern?? (major hypochondriac over here)

Multiple: The left lower abdomen contains some small intestine, a good portion of your descending and sigmoid colon. You may also feel ovaries. When lying down, these become much easier to feel and it is completely normal to do so.

hi doc, for about 10 months now i have been experiencing very high temperatures especially around my lower body part. what is probably wrong with me?

I don't think I can: answer your question with the information you provided.  When you say high temperatures do you mean the skin feels warmer to you than it should or is there a burning sensation?  Did you use a thermometer to measure these temperatures?  I can tell you if it has gone on for 10 months it probably isn't going away and I would find a doctor for a real exam to get an answer.

It may: Body parts in adults would be tough to "fall off" as one would feel the pain or see the discoloration and seek help hopefully, way before it would be that serious.  Some infants may get rubber bands around their toes and they could "fall off" if left unnoticed for days/weeks.  In fact, 1 treatment for hemmorhoids is rubber band ligation, which cuts off the blood supply and evntually it falls off.

Not medicine: Try Fiber One, bran, shredded weak, 6-8 very small meals/day and restrict calories to 1500 and carbs to less than 3,000 mg ( 3 grams ). Most medication for lose weight are amphetamine derivatives and WILL raise your BP and contraindicated.
