Air in the epidural space rarely has a place to go in the skull, and it is possible that you have intradural (not epidural) intracranial air.  Still, this should dissipate on its own.

Air bubble in chest : Pneumomediastinum or air in the chest can come from lungs, trachea or esophagus. It can happen from deep sniffing, drug abuse, and heavy exertion. I see a number of teenager with lot of air in the chest from unknown cause. Air can also come from root canal. Air bubbles can also mean infection. It may be sign of grave disease process or it may be totally benign requiring simple observation.

Still maybe fistula: A fistula between the bladder and the intestines can be open intermittently, therefore tests such as cystogram, barium enema, and even cystoscopy and colonoscopy may not see the fistula. : Even if that tiny amount of air entered a vein I think you wouldn't suffer any harm. Some experts feel that it would take 200 ml of air to be lethal, but some  feel that 20ml may cause harm.
