GERD/vaginal dischar: Vaginal Progesterone (prochieve or crinone) is a very safe and effective intervention to prevent preterm birth in women with asymptomatic short cervix! topical irritation or discharge can occur but are rarely a cause to stop the therapy. If you have gerd (reflux) or constipation the extra Progesterone will make them worse. Talk to your obstetrician to determine if this is a good idea for you.

Unclear : It is not clear why you are taking this particular regimen. This is not a very common combination for a 43 year old. Before stopping a medication i recommend discussing with the prescribing doctor. It is important to know why you are taking these medication before we could advise someone to stop them.

These may be: Used for a variety of conditions, but the only one that has any shred of scientific backing is local estrogen supplementation in early menopause-- but even here the scientific evidence doesn't back up the claims. The risks include stimulation of estrogen sensitive malignancies. Also they should be avoided in pregnancy and breast feeding. In summary, probably a waste of money.
