Shin pain : Shin pain is not uncommon to runners, and has many factors. The following can be reasons for shin pain: improperly fitting shoes, improper stretching/warm up,poor running form, and running too far too soon. In addition, I would seek medical evaluation to make sure there are no "shin splints" or small fractures. I would also find a good running supply store to be properly fitted for running shoes.

Facial pain : See an ENT specialist to diagnose and treat you . Sinusitis is the most common diagnosis. Problems with the neck could refer pain to the face so be sure to check it out.

No: I suggest that you can get back into running by paying attention to your diet and to how fast you ramp up the intensity and volume. A diet with appropriate calories, protein, and vitamins/minerals (particularly vit. D and calcium) is vital. Regarding intensity and volume, start slowly and increase slowly. You should not add more than 10% of weekly mileage per week. Make sure to rest. Crosstrain.

Wrist swelling: Wrist swelling in absence of acute injury is consistent with arthritis. The little finger involvement is unusual but the nerve could be impinged or one of its joints could also be inflamed. Apply cold applications and, if you can take them, anti-inflammatory medications like Advil or Aleve should reduce swelling and inflammation. If symptoms persist see your MD who will order appropriate tests.

Ex cerise is good: The injury is healing and the bone will continue to remodel.  It is far better for you to excercise than to be sedentary.  If there is pain the use of nsaids is helpful and plenty of stretching..

Get examined.: Any change in a longstanding lump or bump needs to be evaluated. Please see your doc,and back off the running 50%  (be sure you warm--up and stretch thoroughly before and after.any exercise)

Shin splints: Shin splints are a common disorder in runners. It is also known as tibial stress syndrome. There can be several causes including stress fractures. See an orthopedist. Treatment consists of rest, ice, exercises, supports and anti-inflammatory meds.
