Shoe dermatitis?: These blisters may be caused by a contact allergen in one or more of your shoes.    A dermatologist may be able to help you pinpoint the culprit.

It could be...: Athlete's foot. The best otc medication (in my opinion) is lotrimin (clotrimazole) ultra. Dilute vinegar soaks are good as well.  Dry the inside of your shoes by placing them up-side down over an air return vent at home overnight. If this doesn't make things better in a couple days, see a podiatrist.

small red slightly raised circular bumps on my feet. it's not itchy and i assume some sort of  bug bite. i was in a swampy area and this skin exposed.

No treatment: If the rash is asymptomatic except that it is there, you really don't need to treat it. Thee are many things that come to mind after wading around in a swampy area - something obviously irritated the skin. However, if it's not bothering you (no itch, burn, etc), no need to put anything on it. Just monitor and see what happens over the next week. If other question, please let us know....

Dermatologist: I recommend that you consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment. This could be a problem of insect bites such as bed bugs,etc and it would be important to have a specialist diagnose the condition as soon as possible so that whatever treatment you need, even if it's not an insect problem, can be started without much delay.

Many possibilities..: Itchy rashes can be from many causes, such as: allergic reactions to various things (such as parts of shoes or socks), hives, fungal skin infections, viral or bacterial infections, medication causes, heat rashes, reactions to creams or lotions, internal problems (such as kidney disease, auto-immune disease), etc... Sometimes, hydrocortisone cream is useful. A doctor's exam can help diagnose it.
