my age is 20 & diet is very low in fibre & high in fat.i am experiencing persistent change in my bowel habit including diarhea or constipation followed by thin stool & i have feeling that i can't empty my bowel sometime.is it a sign of bowel cancer?

: Iis there any family members with the diagnosis of colon cancer or Lynch syndrome. Your symptoms are not typical for cancer but if one has to make sure it is not cancer, go to your doctor who will get stool test and if needed endoscopy. 
You know the problem but not solving, Change to healthy diet, many of these symptoms may disappear. Hope it helps.

Still normal range: The average American's bowel frequency is 1 every 3-4 days ranging to 3 per day. However, if any doubt, a call to your doctor is in order since he knows what medicines you're taking &amp; what underlying medical conditions you have, that may be contributory here. Additionally, consider a stool softener &amp; fiber supplementation at this time to re-normalize stool texture.

C . Diff: Make shure your doctor knows. Could be clostridium defficile.  Happens due to change of intestinal flora after high dose of antibiotics.  Notify your surgeon as soon as possible.

Ongoing Constipation: This is evidence that if you have not had one you need a colonoscopy.  It is time to find out what is causing this issue.  The colon is also going to need to be retrained to move your waste regularly.  I hope you get to a gastroenterologist soon if you have not yet been.

Urgent Care exam!: You should take your baby for an Urgent Care exam immediately. He could have an infection or other illness which needs immediate treatment. Make certain he is well hydrated. Yes: Most bowel contents smell.  (i know a few people who do not think their poop smells, but that is a different story).  Invest in a good bathroom candle or a can of fragrant spray as a courtesy to the next person who enters the bathroom.

Confusing Constipati:  Most  think it is "normal" to have one bowel movement a day, the actual range of normal bowel movements is quite  large, its normal to have anywhere from as many as three bowel movements a day to as little as three bowel movements a week. Constipation is hard, dry, lumpy stool that is difficult or painful to pass and which may be accompanied by bloating and discomfort. M.Coli from laxative abuse.

For constipation: take Senna.  Senna is a very safe natural plant product with a wide dosage range.  Start by taking 2 tablets at bedtime, if you do not have a comfortable bowel movement (BM) the next day, take 4 tablets the next night.  You can continue to increase the dose by 2 tablets every night until it works (up to 16 tablets).  It is safe and effective to continue taking the dose that works every night.

Surgeon's must be informed of complications so that they can correct the problem before complications worsen. Please contact your surgeon.
