Still normal range: The average American's bowel frequency is 1 every 3-4 days ranging to 3 per day. However, if any doubt, a call to your doctor is in order since he knows what medicines you're taking & what underlying medical conditions you have, that may be contributory here. Additionally, consider a stool softener & fiber supplementation at this time to re-normalize stool texture.
