One who worries about crack fumes is probably associating with crack users and addicts.  The danger is becoming an addict.  Get medical consultation if you are facing any type of addiction problems.  Addictions can be fatal.

See below: I wouldn't be as concerned about the crack fumes, as i would the fact that his parents do not have the common sense to not smoke around the baby. And that they are using drugs. If you are truly concerned, i would call your local child services and make a report.
