Possibly: Have the shoulder evaluated by an orthopedist. An MRI may be helpful in this situation.

Possibly : Male fell on shoulder 2 months ago has "weird cracks" with motion. Common causes: crepitations arising from a subluxing acromioclavicular joint or levator scapulae tendon impinging superior scapula spine. Shoulder X-Rays with & without weights are useful. Most soft tissue disorders are radiolucent & non-discoverable by imaging studies. Osteopaths are trained in soft tissue diagnosis.
