No one would take this medication to turn down the immune system (with the potential that a new cancer might not be noticed) unless there was a greater problem at hand.  If your rheumatoid arthritis is tolerable, as is, then please don't start on this medication.

On the other hand, life is a series of trade-offs.  Take this medicine if it is worth it.

Humira for psoriasis: Cancer is not the main risk to worry about. The most common serious problems with Humira are tuberculosis and other TB-like infecitons, not cancers. But even these are uncommon. With "moderate" psoriasis, most likely the benefits of Humira outweigh the risks.

Probably: If it was a small basal cell or squamous cell there is not likely to be a problem.  I certainly would avoid injection in the area involved with the cancer, however.  If you are getting chemo for melanoma, i would definitely discuss with your oncologist.  In any case, ask your prescribing doctor to be sure.

Apart from hormone replacements and nutritional supplements, the only medicines that do not have significant side effects are the placebo treatments of charlatans. Adalimumab has enabled people crippled by arthritis, psoriasis, colitis and so forth to live normal lives. Infections recognized early can be managed.

Dosing / frequency differ for from one indication to the other, and lymphoma isn't the only thing to worry about, confer with your doctor about risk/benefit ratio, and close follow up, no one can precisely predict, judicious use and weighing alternatives should be followed

It is recommended that all patients be up to date with all immunizations prior to beginning Humira (adalimumab) or other anti-tnf therapies. All flu vaccines except the live flu vaccine are safe to receive during Humira (adalimumab) treatment. For 2011 the swine (h1n1) vaccine is included in the general influenza vaccine.
