If a healthy individual with no underlying disease go on humira for moderate psoriasis, what are the odds of getting malignancies such as cancer from humira?

Humira for psoriasis: Cancer is not the main risk to worry about. The most common serious problems with Humira are tuberculosis and other TB-like infecitons, not cancers. But even these are uncommon. With "moderate" psoriasis, most likely the benefits of Humira outweigh the risks.
