Should not: Sugar cravings can be a possible sign of candida overgrowth, or adrenal fatigue. Dizziness can be due to hypoglycemia which can also be a sign of adrenal fatigue. See your doctor and get checked out. Make sure you are not diabetic.

Food and drinks: Acid erosion is caused by  acidic foods and drinks.  Sodas energy drinks, bottled iced teas, juice boxes, citrus, even diet drinks are highly acidic. Calcium and  vitamin d deficiency will not have much of an effect on teeth once erupted but they can effect the bone and gum tissues.

Vitamin D: Of 19.7 is a disaster since it should be between 60 and 80. I suspect that is the bottom line cause.

Possible/unlikely: It is possible that very severe d deficiency can lead to weakness due to either deficiency in calcium or phosphorous -- but i doubt it would be sufficiently severe to be confused with chronic fatigue syndrome. D levels are easy to check and remedy w/replacement.

: You can actually check your bone density if you really need to know the answer to that question, there is a test for that takes a while to do and hard to interpret, but can be very helpful…

May be: Many issues are attributed to low vitamin D without necessarily strong evidence. However, if you suspect vitamin D deficiency, which is common, take about 2000 units of vitamin D3 daily.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Yes: Yes, it is safe for you to not eat meat, in fact research shows vegetarians are healthier; diabetics may benefit from avoiding meat more than most people. Yes: Rickets  can have  pseudofractures as well as deformities. You need to have  a pediatric  rheumatologist or endocrinologist assist  you in the care.
