Faster than expected: Strenuous exercise might allow your heart rate to reach 200 BPM at very max, but comfortably walking should rarely lead to such a fast rate, unless you were deconditioned (out of shape). It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help.
