what do the different colors mean on a pelvic/transvaginal ultrasound mean? i had a lot of red/blue and some yellow /orange around my right ovary and within it. no colors on the left and red and blue spots on the endo. not sure what this all means?

Yes: Probably.  If you end up having a problem with the uterus it is much better to catch it early rather than later.  If that's the result of the ultrasound then you will be extremely grateful that it was done.  One of the signs of a potential problem is abnormal bleeding in your age group (possibly with some other risk factors).  Get it done.

Spotting at 7w ?'s: Spotting at about "7 weeks" of pregnancy may come from inadequate progesterone production from the placenta.  See your OB physician who may prescribe progesterone to supplement placental production.

Usually blood flow: Most u/s images are not done with the 'doppler' probe turned on and are a 'black and white' image. The doppler allows the detection of movements toward or away from the probe (like blood coming into the area in an atery, or leavbing in a vein) these areas are coded red and blue by the computer processing the signal.

hello i wanted to know why my vaginal wall has red spots on it i'm not sure if it's from the friction after intercourse ?

Most likely: If the red spots appeared soon after vaginal intercourse, it might be due to friction to the area. If you see these persist or change in appearance like become more like bumps, these should be examined for any infection and other cysts common in vaginal region and require separate treatments.
