Could be: It could be "hot-tub folliculitis" which typically goes away on its own if a person stays out of the hot tub until the rash is gone. Rashes are hard to describe and to visualize in words, so a doctor would have to examine the rash to tell what it really could be.

Rash: See your dermatologist or family doctor.  There are many causes fr rashes.  If it is spreading and getting worse you should get it diagnosed in order to receive treatment.

Should see a derm: Either a type of eczema, or possibly a type of wart called molluscum, which seems most likely.A dermatologist should be able to sort out.

Get it checked: If it is spreading then don't assume it is yeast without having a doctor look at it.  There are some life threatening skin infections that can spread.  Have it looked at and discuss treatment options further with physician

Shingles: After you get chickenpox, the virus remains inactive (becomes dormant) in certain nerves in the body. Shingles occurs after the virus becomes active again in these nerves years later.
The reason the virus suddenly becomes active again is not clear. Often only one attack occurs.
Shingles may develop in any age group, but you are more likely to develop the condition if: your immune system is weak.

got stung by strange lil wasp 3x been 3days now it is rash with red bumps left torso,stomach,back, inside upper arms very prickly painful/itchy curious of hot tub made it worse. cortisone not helping antihistamine helped some.see doc soon if not bett?

: You may need stronger cream than cortisone OTC. Warm pack or hot tub does not help because it may exacerbate hyperemia. You should try cold compress and take ibuprofen OTC 200 mg x 3 q 6-8 hours with foods for pain if you do not have stomach or kidney problem. Lidocaine ointment or cream 4% OTC may be helpful for itching but it may not be strong enough but you should give a try.

Let me ask you: If those bumps cause pain and burning, are they oozing clear fluids or thick cloudy fluids, if they do, we two diagnosis, either they shingle or skin infection.
 Cause by staphylococcus.

What is it?: Miliaria responds to removing the cause. One fooler is pityriasis rubra. Another is acne mechanics.  There a few other mimics. I hope you find the explanation.
