Cacao Nibs: These beans are the basis for dark chocolate. They contain flavonoids which are very healthy. More and more foods are featuring cacao, and they are not, as far as we know, harmful. If you prefer the taste, continue to sample them!

Fresh fruits and: vegetables are most nutritious, next comes frozen, and last comes canned.  Peace and good health.

Raw cacao powder may: be an easier form to take than a hard bean to digest. It has a lot of magnesium in it, and minerals, and anti-oxidants. So you can't really OD on it, or be toxic. You can add a tablespoon or two to smoothies, and any other protein drink you take daily. Too much magnesium can cause loose stools. So that's what you should be aware. Organic, raw, non sprayed source or wild crafted is best.

Coffee.: Drinking one cup of coffee per day is fine.  There are some touted health benefits to coffee - improve energy, increase metabolism, reduce alcohol's effect on the liver, reduced risk of diabetes.  Just make sure it's not one of those fancy calorie-laden store-sold coffee creations.  Just have a simple cup of coffee, with milk and sugar if you choose.

Tea/Theanine: There is a component in tea called theanine that relaxes a person and at the same time sharpens his or her focus.  It's not the same for herbal teas even though i'm sure many of them are good as well.  Try green tea, or even a bit better, white tea.  Green tea helps boost immunity and burn fat minimally because it is a metabolism booster.  Peace and good health.

Many side effects: It is believed by MD who do Alternate Medicin that colon cleansing improves health by removing toxins, boosting your energy and enhancing your immune system. However, there's no evidence that colon cleansing produces these effects.
Coffee enemas sometimes used in colon cleansing have been linked to several deaths. 
 Other potential concerns :
Dehydration
Perforation
Infection
 Electrolyte imbalanc

Colon cleanse: Not recommended. Lose weight the sensible way through exercise and diet. Your doctor can help you and he can refer you to a dietician.
