Coffee.: Drinking one cup of coffee per day is fine. There are some touted health benefits to coffee - improve energy, increase metabolism, reduce alcohol's effect on the liver, reduced risk of diabetes. Just make sure it's not one of those fancy calorie-laden store-sold coffee creations. Just have a simple cup of coffee, with milk and sugar if you choose.
