No: Casein is a protein found in animal milks.  People should avoid triggers of allergic reactions.  However there are many, many other proteins in foods that may be safely eaten.

MULTIPLE CAUSES: The only way to remove protein from your urine is to discover the cause and improve or eliminate it. Certain things--fever, heat/cold exposure, strenuous exercise, emotional stress--can cause temporary rises in urine protein. But most of the causes--diabetes, chronic kidney disease, hypertension and heart disease, cancers, certain drugs, etc, are often permanent. No meds would help.

Just calculate what: U get in Ur deit &amp; all other sources. U require 50gms/day. If U R getting this in Ur diet,&amp; no more then a supplement should B used in conjunction with Ur workout. There is nothing wrong with supplements as long as U do not overuse them. Always read the label, &amp; B sure what else is in the supplement. Whey protein is a good 1.  Consume some during the workout,&amp; the rest @ the end.20-30grms is fine.

Nonspecific.: Check with your Doctor.  You may be needing to get some labwork done.  Eating usually triggers Insulin and in some people can cause hypoglycemia,  Eating low amounts of food is generally not supposed to trigger this event,  There is also other information that a doctor could ask to help him determine what is contributing to this daytime sleepiness.  Sleep hygiene is an example.
