Need physician. : Paxil (paroxetine) has to be taper down gradually first. And u have to discuss with your psychiatrist about side effect and benefit of wellbutrin first. It's not what is equivalent dose but most important is how much you needs it and why you needs it . It is not wise to change without physician guidance.

Side effect: 10 or &gt; % of people can experience rapid heart rate on wellbutrin. 1% to 10% may have cardiac arrhythmias &amp;/or chest pain. It is very important that you are not taking in significant amounts of caffeine with wellbutrin. I work with my patients to taper down their caffeine before wellbutrin is started. This heart rate is not necessarily dangerous. Hopefully it will drop back down as you to &gt;

Not common: Each medication or treatment has some risks and you need to balance the risk and benefit. If the medication is helping you with depression, you should continue taking it. You may adjust the dose after discussing it with your doctor.

For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

 is recommended that you abstain from alcohol for at least 5 days after tapering and stopping wellbutrin.  It's best if you asked your treating physician this question, however.

Usually Ok: But you really need to have good communication with your prescribing doctor.  All drugs have risks and side effects.  All. But... Not taking meds has effects,  too! so,  you and your doctor need to with the pros and cons.

Drug interactions: Per The Drugs.Com drug interaction checker there is possible drug interaction between Xyzal and Wellbutrin Sr-  "may increase side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, and difficulty concentrating."
